Natural, pure, genuine: this is the biological luxury care ambuja from the think-tank lab Legart Forschungsatelierin the Bavarian Chiemgau. At the same time, however, the brand also stands for technology and drive to research. This fusion of nature and molecular science results in highly effective elixirs that meet all the demands of a modern woman.
In 2003, chemist Frank W. Legart founded a creative center for skin care in Kitzbühel, where he and his team developed products for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry worldwide. A lot has happened since then: The company has moved its headquarters to the Chiemgau region and has concentrated on its own brands since 2013.

One of them is ambuja. It is based on the purest Japanese lotus cell water - as the name indicates: Ambuja comes from Sanskrit and means lotus. In combination with fresh, green coconut water from the Solomon Islands, it provides the skin with a composition of nutrients, trace elements and vitamins that it needs for optimal regeneration. Ambuja is an anhydrous anti-aging line that consistently avoids preservatives, parabens, silicones, and all other ingredients that you do not want to have on your skin. "Our ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation and wild harvesting. We use cold-pressed, certified vegetable oils and natural bioactive substances from the whole plant."
Nevertheless, Ambuja clearly stands out from a classic eco-cosmetics brand. The production is purely manual, but the work processes are technologically state-of-the-art. Biocular Formula embodies the symbiosis of biology and molecular science. This ensures that the valuable natural ingredients work exactly where they are needed. Even the addition of water is strictly forbidden during production in order not to falsify the result. Ambuja is luxury that is reduced to the essentials.
Legart Forschungsateliernever ignores its ecological and social responsibility. The protection of the environment and animals is just as important as the effect of the products. That is why the research studio supports sustainable biological farming and the protection of biodiversity. Of course, this also means that the products are not tested on animals.
