TURNING OFF THE LIGHTS FOR CLIMATE PROTECTION: EARTH HOUR ON 30TH OF MARCH
At the world's largest campaign for climate and environmental protection, initiated by the WWF, the lights will be switched off on March 30 from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Thousands of cities and millions of people around the globe are taking part. The lights are also switched off at countless public buildings, landmarks and sights such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Allianz Arena in Munich and the Opera House in Sydney.

PLEASE EXPLAIN TO US WHAT THE RESTAURANT NOLLA IS ALL ABOUT.
Nolla opened in February 2018. It is the first zero-waste restaurant in the Nordic countries and one of the first ones around the world. We are three chefs with a strong vision to change the way the restaurant industry works nowadays. Nolla looks like a normal restaurant, but everything that happens behind the scenes is actually pretty far from normal. -
